Ancora Psychiatric Hospital is part of the New Jersey Department of Health and an integrated health care facility located in Hammonton NJ. We are currently seeking registered nurses for full time inpatient work. New graduates will be considered with an interest in working in a behavioral health setting as a Staff Nurse.

Ancora Psychiatric Hospital has 515 CMS Certified beds and an average daily census of approximately 315 adult inpatient clients. A quiet 80-acre campus located in the South Jersey countryside of Hammonton NJ, we are conveniently located 30 miles from downtown Philadelphia and the boardwalk at Atlantic City is a mere 35 miles away.

 

Full-time RN and LPN positions are available on evening shift.

 

Full-Time RN rates: $77,591.25-$83,217.73 *One (1) year of experience as a professional nurse in a hospital or other institution, clinic, or medical center is required. Applicant must be registered as a professional nurse in the State of New Jersey.

 

Full-Time LPN rates: $54,225

We are also hiring Pool RNs $48/$58/$68/hr) and Pool LPNs ($28.50-$31.50/hr)

* These Pool temporary employment services (TES) are non-benefited positions.

* $68 rate is temporary and determined by day and shift.

 

NOTE: This position is covered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Rule and Executive Order 283, requiring all employees to be fully vaccinated. NOTE: Effective 9/1/11, NJ PL 70 (NJ First Act), requires all State employees to reside in New Jersey, unless exempted under the law, or current employees who live out-of-state and do not have a break-in service of more than 7 calendar days, as they are “grandfathered.” New employees or current employees who were not grandfathered and who live out-of-state have one year after the date of employment to relocate their residence to New Jersey or request an exemption. Current employees who reside in NJ must retain NJ residency, unless he/she obtains an exemption.
