Job Description
The Clinical Mid-Level Provider is expected to work as an extension of the physicians of Community Medical Clinic and provide excellent clinical care to patients in the clinic setting. He/She is expected to participate in regular peer review, evaluation and improvement processes to enhance clinical workflow and patient outcomes.
