Copper Queen Community Hospital (CQCH) has an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist at our clinic in Douglas, AZ. The Physical Therapy staff provide Outpatient / Inpatient Physical Therapy services at our 3 Rural Health Clinics. CQCH is a CAH hospital where we are licensed for 14 beds. P.T. clinic staff modalities include:
* PWR! Certified Specialist (Parkinson's Wellness Recovery)
* Neurological Rehab, Orthopedics,
* Dry Needling
* Adolescent Physical Therapy, with a wide variety of diagnoses and ages.
One-on-one treatment and high-quality patient care are a priority.
Mentorship is available with our skilled PT team. CQCH employs 9 Physical therapist, 6 Physical Therapy Assistant and 2 Physical Therapy Aides.
Salary of $100,000-$130,000 with $20,000 sign on bonus.
Living Stipend of $1,000 for 12 months
Relocation Assistance up to $15,000
