The Delaware Opportunities Family Residence Independent Living Skills (FRILS) program was developed in 1999 to provide a higher level of foster care to youth in Delaware County. This program was designed to provide youth who may need additional support than traditional foster homes can provide. We are seeking energetic, caring, compassionate individuals to provide a nurturing, supportive, safe home for children in foster care. Live in position for agency operated homes with housing and all related expenses provided to suitable candidate and immediate family members. Candidate to provide parenting and oversight to youth and staff in foster care in Delaware County. Bachelor's degree and/or four years' experience working with children and adolescents. Couples encouraged to apply. This position requires experience working with children and adolescents. Salary range $57,557-$68,639 annually. Sign on bonus of $1500.00 after two successful months of employment. The application review process will be ongoing until all the positions have been filled.
