First Steps Case Manager

Family Health Centers Inc. in Orangeburg, SC is seeking applicants for:

First Steps Case Manager
A master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, professional counseling, and/or a nursing degree (RN preferred) supplemented by at two years' experience working in a behavioral health setting providing case management services. Must be able to provide billable service and have a valid South Carolina driver's license.
