Optometrist
A Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited Optometry school is required. Upon successful completion, must meet National and State of South Carolina licensing requirements. Must have current CPR certification and be able to provide billable services. Full benefits package. Moving allowance available. FHC has a HIPSA score of 22 that could entitle you to education loan forgiveness and AHEC funding if you meet their requirements. Malpractice Insurance is covered by FHC. $25,000 Sign on Bonus.
