Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH

Hours: M-F and alternate on call during the week and on weekends. If you can’t be available for On-Call, please do not apply.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with scheduling caregiver assignments to meet client needs.
• Coordinate shift changes, manage schedules, and ensure optimal coverage.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and families.
• Provide caregiving services when needed, including companionship, light housekeeping, and personal care.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in caregiving or home health care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule.
