Hour House in Charleston, IL is looking for an experienced clinician to join our management team as Women’s Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program Coordinator.
Responsibilities would include a limited amount of direct clinical service to clients, clinical supervision of a team of 2-4 clinicians, 7-8 direct service staff, program planning and development, staff training and supervision, and quality assurance.
As a member of the management team this employee will participate in overall agency administrative tasks such as strategic planning, policy development, agency staff training, problem solving and evaluation, assurance of compliance with evidence-based practices and accreditation and licensing standards.
The qualifications needed for this position include a Master’s in counseling, psychology, social work or rehabilitation, licensure and/or certification, and a minimum of 3 years full time clinical experience. We will consider a candidate with a bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, rehabilitation or social worker with strong history of experience in SUD treatment services. In addition, the right candidate will understand Substance Use Disorders as an illness and be able to model this philosophy in their supervision.

Entry level candidates considered. Excellent verbal and written communication required. Candidates must hold substance use disorder counselor certification from ICB, Inc. or licensure as an LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
