Medical Staffing Solutions, USA is looking for a Lead Recruiter to oversee the daily
task and efforts of our present recruiting team. Ensure daily and weekly goals are met
at all times. Become a leader of a productive team and attend weekly and daily
meetings with recruiting staff. Conduct interviews and perform secondary reviews for
recruiting teams’ submissions. The Lead recruiter is to assist, advise, recommend and
enhance the organization with ideas and recommendations to keep MSS on the
leading edge of staffing for our clients. The Lead recruiter will also meet with upper
management and proposal team when preparing to submit proposals for contracts.


Qualifications: A Bachelors in Business or Marketing preferred, however not
required; the candidate must have 3+ years’ experience, and must show a proven track
record of filling job placements. Able to motivate team members and help them reach
their goals. Be an ambassador of company culture.


Have a thorough knowledge of Job Boards, Social Media platforms, and Professional
Networking sites for recruitment. Conduct and coordinate interviews. Negotiate
salaries with potential candidates and establish rapport with the job candidates.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; problem solving; and expected to
stay up to date on the latest recruiting techniques, platforms and tools. Knowledge of
building database, sourcing and screening. Run ATS, maintain and grow database,
and manage the metrics of recruiting team.


Must have the ability to train recruiting team. Attend and conduct job fairs at
community centers, colleges, employment agencies, health systems and government
sponsored affairs post COVID 1
