Salary: $36,398 to $40,238 Annually

Job Description: Requires excellent communication, organizational, scheduling, and computer skills. Duties include smooth handling of a fast paced office environment for the Executive Director, Executive Team and Board of Trustees; ability to work independently on required timelines, monthly reports; as well as reports required for various grants and programs throughout the agency. Should possess shorthand or transcription skills for several meetings per month; and above average knowledge of using general office equipment including Microsoft Office. Must have exceptional ability to get along well with many various personalities and demonstrate a pleasant telephone voice.
Education: Required: Associate or Bachelor Degree in business, administrative/information management or other comparable area of study.
Experience: Required: a minimum of 3 years of experience (with Associate Degree) or 1 year experience (with Bachelor's Degree) working in fast paced office environment and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Excellent organizational and record keeping experience required.
Hours of Work: 8 am—5 pm; Monday through Friday; adjustment in work hours may be warranted to meet the needs of the program.
Licenses/Certifications: Current (or ability to obtain) Notary Public license, valid Texas driver's license and must be insurable by Agency insurance.
