Regional Director of Clinical Operations
THE COMPANY
Mindful Health Solutions provides comprehensive psychiatric care involving medication and non-medication solutions with an emphasis on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy. The medical practice has leveraged this brain stimulation technology to treat a number of neuropsychiatric conditions with a focus on major depression. Although we utilize the latest in advanced treatments for neuropsychiatric conditions, our focus remains on the patient's experience of treatment. Our staff and providers do not compromise on the importance of communicating effectively with patients and their families, as well as with the other providers who are part of the patient's treatment team. We partner with patients and families, and collaboratively give them the knowledge, support, and information they need to make informed, practical decisions, so that they have the best healthcare outcomes.
THE POSITION
The Regional Director of Clinical Operations will have direct responsibility for the delivery of quality patient experience, hiring, training, team development, and profitability for the region. Position will also be responsible for overseeing the buildout and management of new clinic locations in Texas, Georgia and Washington state. Must have previous experience launching and scaling new healthcare clinics.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure company culture and values drive daily operational processes, including physician engagement, resulting in positive work environment and exceptional patient experience
- Oversee the general management of operations and ensure adherence to established policies, quality standards, regulations, and key metrics
- Benchmark, develop and implement best practices to promote efficiencies and quality enhancement in every aspect of clinic’s operations
- Responsibility to hire, train and develop productive, motivated, and patient focused team members (must enjoy nurturing and developing talent)
- Maintain and leverage relationships with referral sources, networks and local communities to drive market growth and deliver on targets (garnering trust is key)
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders including physicians, patients, referral sources, vendors, leadership, and teammates
- Design organizational for scaling and continuous improvement of patient experience

QUALIFICATIONS
- Leadership (5+ years) of a multi-site operational business, healthcare ideal
- Outstanding leadership skills with a professional demeanor
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills including strong MS Office skills
- Proven conflict resolution and problem solving skills
- Analytical thinker
- Practical knowledge of PHI and HIPAA regulations
- Great multi-tasking skills and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
