Chief Pharmacist
Chief Pharmacist: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Requires a degree in Pharmacy, B.S. or PharmD, from an accredited College of Pharmacy with current and active licensure as Registered Pharmacist and must be in good standing from any state. Two (2) years of experience as a Pharmacist. Two (2) years of business management, supervisory and pharmacy management skills. Must have exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to handle conflict and crisis and problem resolution in a professional, confidential manner. Must be computer literate with pharmacy management software experience. Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. High professional ethics and standards. Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Requires the ability to pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screening. Requires a valid driver’s license with an insurance record under the Tribe’s policy. Tribal/Indian Preference applies.

- Immunization Up To Date Records
- Credentialing Packet if applicable (Providers Only)
- Have a valid driver’s license with an insurable record (must provide a current ENTIRE record of Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
