About us:
We are a growing mental health practice lead by Dr. Norman Alessi, professor emeritus and former Director of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of Michigan School of Medicine. He has been rated as one of America's top doctors for over 20 years and is a recognized innovator in his field. We are expanding our practice for additional clinicians and are introducing modern therapeutic modalities such as Ketamine and psychedelic-assisted therapy, executive function coaching, doula services, and group-based social skill development. We take a creative, high touch, outcome driven approach to achieve consistently superior outcomes.
What you will be doing:
You will be the front office point of contact for receiving and processing patient payments /invoices, claims, and other documents. You will routinely interact with individuals experiencing a range of neuropsychiatric conditions. Including children, adolescents, adults, as well as their family members. A respectful, organized, and detail-oriented demeanor is important for ensuring a high-quality customer experience and positive outcomes. You will also provide general administrative support for 1 - 3 full time mental health professionals. The measure of your success will be the amount of time the clinicians DO NOT spend on administrative and clerical matters, thus allowing for them to see additional patients, driving clinic revenues.
