Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. As a Dental Hygienist at Riverhill Dental Associates, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, building lasting relationships with patients, and promoting overall oral health.

Wage:

$35.00 to $42.00 per hour depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planning to maintain optimal oral health for patients.
• Assess patients' oral health, record medical history, and take dental radiographs using digital radiography.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide tailored recommendations for improved dental health.
• Collaborate with our team of dentists to discuss patients' dental needs and treatment plans.
• Engage with patients in a caring and compassionate manner, making them feel comfortable and at ease during their dental visits.
• Utilize Eaglesoft practice management software to maintain accurate patient records and manage appointments efficiently.
• Multitask effectively to handle patient flow, inquiries, and administrative duties in a busy dental practice environment.
• Maintain a highly organized workstation and adhere to infection control protocols for patient safety.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and industry advancements through continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:

• Active registration as a Dental Hygienist in the state of Wisconsin.
• Exceptional clinical skills and a commitment to providing top-tier dental care to patients.
• Strong communication skills to effectively converse with patients about their dental needs and treatment options.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations.
• Caring and compassionate personality with a genuine passion for patient well-being.
• Proficiency in using Eaglesoft practice management software and digital radiography is preferred, but training can be provided.
• Flexibility to work a 4-day workweek with general office hours from 8 am to 5 pm.
