ASEPTIC FILL TECHNICIAN

Job brief
Job Task(s):

Work inside a class 100 sterile environment
Pay attention to detail
Perform work tasks in an aseptic manner
Follow all GMP requirements
Select and organize bulk bottles in the cold storage
Unload materials from the Autoclave and Dry Heat Oven
Retrieve materials from pass-through
Place materials into pass-through
Answer phone as required
Weighing of bulk bottles
Return bulk bottles to cold storage
Perform inventory as required
Perform daily inspection of components as required
Cycle counts for inventory management
Perform back-flush procedures

General Requirements

Garb Certified
Basic math skills
 

Education Requirements

This position requires the following minimum education:

High school diploma or equivalent or 1 year job related experience. 
 

Work Experience Requirements

Some work experience preferred.
 

Specific Job Requirements

Must have the ability to work well with others.
 

Physical Demand(s)

Sitting or standing for long periods of time
Ability to lift at least 30-35 lbs. 
Ability to work in walk in refrigerator for long periods of time
Stay inside a class 100 environment for an extended amount of time
 

Computer Skill(s)

Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and Internet Explorer
Knowledge of JDE system
