Job brief
 

Specific Job Requirements

Performs defatting/phenol treatment of fungal materials.
Operation of Autoclaves for sanitizing manufacturing components.
Ball mill and weighing/sampling of raw material.
General lab duties such as:
Perform pH and basic calculations
Washing of laboratory glassware
General post-production cleaning
Work Experience Requirements

One year of manufacturing experience or training.
Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred

Education Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Additional Responsibilities:

Computer Skill(s):

Ability to use PC to read/print documents
Microsoft Word and Excel
 

Physical Demand(s):

Regularly lift/move up to 15lbs and occasionally 50lbs with assistance
Stand for long periods and occasionally stoop, kneel or crouch
Work with viable fungal organisms
Work in a group environment often in pairs or teams.
