Assisted Stretchologist

At Structural Stretch in Park City, we are seeking a talented and experienced Stretchologist to join our team. As a Stretchologist, you will use our innovative stretch rack and muscle guns to help clients increase flexibility, improve mobility, and reduce pain and stress. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a background in massage therapy, physical therapy, personal yoga or Pilates instruction, or athletics. A strong understanding of human anatomy is essential for success in this role. Additionally, we are seeking a candidate who can work in a slow-paced environment, never rushing, always punctual, and committed to providing a high level of care to our clients.

Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients to assess their needs and develop individualized stretching programs. Perform stretches using our stretch rack and muscle guns to help clients increase flexibility and reduce pain and stress. Build strong relationships with clients, fostering an environment of trust and mutual respect. Track client progress and adjust stretching programs as necessary. Work collaboratively with other team members to provide the best possible care to clients. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in massage therapy, physical therapy, personal yoga or Pilates instruction, or athletics. Strong understanding of human anatomy Empathetic, upbeat, and a good listener with a great personality.. Ability to work in a slow-paced environment and never rush. Punctual and reliable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing high-quality care to clients.
