The successful applicant must have a Master’s degree in a psychology, social work, counseling, or other relevant healthcare field. One-year clinical experience conducting suicide risk assessment, hospitalization processes, and crisis planning and triage preferred. Knowledge of psychiatric evaluations and assessment processes, as well as application of current version of the DSM preferred. Licensure under the State Board of Licensing for scope of practice such as Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinically Social Worker, etc. Must have valid Montana State driver’s license. Basic Life Support or Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation within 30 days of hire. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, copy of degree/academic transcripts, training certificates, licensure, copy of current valid driver’s license, proof of enrollment in a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT and if claiming veteran’s preference, a copy of DD214 must be submitted. Failure to submit all of the above information will result in immediate disqualification during the screening process. This is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by CSKT must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is $29.45 to $33.85 per hour, plus benefits. May be employed under contract.
