Office Manager (Medical) Tribal Health Department (St. Ignatius)

The successful applicant must have the following qualfiications: Level 1- Associates Degree in a medical related field or 2 years of related experience and/or training. Level 2- Bachelor’s Degree in a medical related field or 4 years of related experience and/or training. Must possess a valid driver’s license. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, a copy of academic transcript, certifications, proof of state licensure, a copy of valid driver’s license, if claiming Tribal preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veteran’s preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is Level 1 - $17.87 - $20.54; Level 2 - $18.52 - $21.29/per hour plus benefits, may be employed under contract.
